    Business Information

    Platinum Membership: I (we) pledge a total of $208.33 paid monthly for 12 months.

    Associate Membership: (must be within 5 years of graduating from CSU) I (we) pledge a total of $500.00 to be paid yearly. OR

    Associate Membership: I (we) pledge a total of $60.00 paid monthly for 12 months.
