Jordan Berger is Director of Development for Tetrad Property Group, a commercial real estate development company.  The firm focuses on both real estate investments and development services.  This includes the entire spectrum of a project, from concept through asset and property management.  Tetrad is currently involved in a number of public-private partnerships (P3) with a specific focus on university relationships. They were recently awarded as Master Developer of the South and Foothills Campuses P3 project with CSU.  Prior to Tetrad, Jordan worked for another real estate development firm, was a principal of a residential construction company, and worked in banking.
