Green & Gold COB and GBA Scholarship Student Recipients

Madilynn Castellano

Freshman from Denver, CO

Madilynn grew up in the suburbs of Denver, Colorado with her parents and older brother. She chose to major in business after attending the CSU Global Business Academy last summer, where she had the opportunity to tour businesses in Denver and learn about the hard work and dedication it takes to make companies successful. Madilynn loves learning and is excited to add more knowledge to her repertoire during her time at CSU! After graduation, she hopes to attend law school and become a corporate attorney. With her financial burden lightened, she will be able to focus on her education and put her energy into classes, put more time towards volunteer work in her community, and give back to those in need around her.

Kyle Neumeier

Freshman from West Linn, Oregon

Kyle is from West Linn, which is a suburb of Portland, Oregon. He will be a sophomore in high school this fall, but is already looking forward to his time at CSU, where he plans to study abroad. Kyle is interested in a career as a real estate investor, which stemmed from his concern about the lack of affordable housing here at home, as well as in other countries. He’s passionate about helping those who are struggling, and excited to combine that passion with an interest in several different business concentrations. Attending college out-of-state presents financial challenges, and Kyle is grateful to you for helping him reach his goals!

Annika Fowles

Sophomore from Breckenridge, Colorado

Annika was born and raised in a mountain town near Breckenridge, Colorado. Her mom and sister both attended CSU, which initially sparked her interest in being a Ram one day. Annika’s dream is simple: to find a career that helps make the world a better place. For example, using her concentration in supply chain management, Annika hopes to find a way to improve the sustainability of supply chains and the production of consumer goods. In her words, “While many people think business is not necessarily the industry to get into if you want to help the world, there are so many opportunities for that.” This scholarship has provided Annika with the support and motivation to always work hard towards her career goals.
